This week's Kingdom key focuses on healing depression. For good. 

So many of our healing mechanisms are really for managing and controlling diseases more than they are for completely eradicating them, therapy and medications included. 

I suffered for 20 years with clinical depression. In 2019, God eradicated it once and for all. I haven't had a depressive episode since. And 2023 attempted to test if that was true with all that happened last year and still no depressive episodes.  

How did God do it? 

He got me in touch with my emotions, particularly anger. 

Depression is result of anger that you refused to outwardly release for whatever reason so you released it inwardly on yourself. You refused to show the world how angry you were so you beat up and pounded on yourself instead.  

It's not until you allow yourself to feel the anger, feel the feels, that you can start to erode the chokehold that depression may have on you. 

Depression is all about ruminating over the past too. Something that didn't go right that you can't let go of. For those suffering with depression, anything coming to mind???

Yeah, you got to let go of that. You have to release the anger around that.

But anger is not there alone. It's never by itself. It is the big brother of fear and hurt.  

Something scared you so bad you got angry about it. Or something hurt you beyond measure that you became angry.
